Piggy notes

The Rainbow Piggies love sending little notes of support, encouragement, joy, and bravery. Check in to see what they’re squeaking about! You can even send them a question or a note of your own, and it might be featured on this page!

Different
is awesome!

Hey sugar, it’s Gladys here. Let’s get real. We all look different. Some of us are tall, some of us are short, some of us have freckles, spots, stripes, curls, or no hair at all. And that’s not just okay, that is fabulous.

If we all looked the same, life would be boring. Our differences are what make us sparkle. They tell our stories and show the world who we are.

So the next time you look in the mirror, smile at what makes you unique. And when you see someone who looks different from you, celebrate them too. Because different is not just good, it is awesome.

With joy,

Gladys

Learning
at your
own pace

Hi friends, Alan here. I might be a little clumsy, but I know this for sure. We all have different strengths, and we all learn in our own ways.

Some people pick things up quickly, like riding a bike or solving a puzzle. Others need more time, and that is perfectly okay. Taking longer can mean you are really understanding it deeply.

If something takes longer for you, it does not mean you cannot do it. It just means your path looks a little different. And that is what makes each of us special.

So be patient with yourself. Celebrate your progress, even the small steps. And cheer for others too, because we are all learning in our own way.

With kindness,

Alan

What to
do if you’re
being bullied

HEY EVERYONE! It’s me, Marasha. Bullying is awful, but you are never alone. And it is never your fault.

Here’s what you can do:
• Tell someone you trust
• Walk away if you can
• Remember you are amazing and loved
• Stick together and support friends

Bullies try to make you feel small, but you are BIG, BRIGHT, and LOVED. I am cheering for you with my whole heart.

With bravery,

Marasha

What is a
safe space?

Hello friends, it’s Gilbert here. I’m a little shy, but I want to share what a safe space is and why it matters.

A safe space is a place where people feel welcome, respected, and free to be themselves. It’s where kindness is present and judgment is not. In a safe space, no one has to hide who they are.

We can all help create safe spaces. Listen with patience, use respectful words, support friends, and be open to learning from others. Together, these choices make the world softer and more loving.

With care,

Gilbert
